Here I go reviewing my dives again... Had tempura vegetables that were awful, but aside from that - very good. I hate sushi so I order anything but. Chicken teriyaki is my favorite and probably the most popular with miso soup, white rice and a small salad. Their dressing is addictive. I order it to go quite frequently. About $6 and lasts me a while. No ambiance and cheap asian decor. Wait staff are there but you pretty much fill your own drinks etc. Location is cheesy but hey - convenience helps, right?

Oregon Health Department where are you. DONT eat here, unless you have a death wish. The sushi was served at room temperature, the bathroom floor you stuck too, just gross. Worst sushi we have ever had, far from fresh, track sushi blows this place out of the water, based on quality alone. The sushi is beyond gross. The only reason we even ended up here was groupon. We ordered 5 rolls, served 4, but paid for all five ordered. So over priced, Groupon should have paid us to eat here. If I could post without a one star rating I would.

The only thing going for this place is they have Pepsi in the soda fountain, instead of only cans or Coca Cola. Seriously I had high hopes but the quality was nonexistent. There was only one table of customers there during lunch, and leftover dishes on a few tables. I'm not a restaurant owner, but i imagine if you're so slow you have 2 customers and have time to get yourself a soda, maybe you could pick up the dirty dishes everywhere, or refill the empty soy sauce, or greet or even acknowledge your customers. I am a cheerful, understanding man and like to give people the benefit of doubt, but there was no service. The food didn't take long but the tempura was smoky or burnt, and the iced tea tasted more like Dr. Pepper to my friend. If the prices were a couple bucks less I could see myself returning if I need something cheap but every teriyaki I've had elsewhere was less expensive and much higher quality, with better service. For shame.

Toki is the only option for sushi in "the OC" and that is probably the reason why it is still around. I have been here numerous times over the years and have yet to really be impressed by what they have to offer. The teriyaki chicken and fried noodles are well, pretty average. I have had tempura here several times and every time it has been a bit on the over done side. The sushi and sashimi seems to be shrinking and while it is never fishy, I wouldn't say it is super fresh either. I just can't think of a lot to say other than overall it is just an average experience whenever I have come here when I was too lazy to make the trip to Portland when I lived in Oregon City. My ex girlfriend apparently got some rather nasty food poisoning last time she was here, and normally I would say that is a bad thing, but I can honestly say that she kind of had it coming.

I've lived in Oregon City for about 3 years, but just tried this place for the first time today. The sushi was decent, albeit a little expensive. The spicy tuna roll was a little different than I expected - perhaps it's made with fatty tuna rather than just maguro? I'm no expert, but it was pretty good. The Washington roll was good, too: salmon on top of a california roll. The only negative was in the hamachi nigiri I ordered. It was a bit on the cold/partly frozen side. That does seem to be common amongst sushi restaurants this time of year, however. I'll likely return (but I'll watch the prices of what I'm ordering more carefully next time).

Yummy sushi in the OC??? My dreams have come true. We regularly travel to "town" (Portland or Clackamas) to get our sushi fix and never even considered that Oregon City could provide such a delicious and ethnic entity. We went out on a limb with Toki and it was SO worth it! This sushi was absolutely as good as anything we've had, and at a very comparable price (especially since it didn't take 7 gallons of gas to get there). Even the raw was so fresh and delicious (per my hubby). Pretty sure we'll be weekly regulars from now on. Toki would easily have 5 stars from me if they didn't happen to be in a strip mall with unflattering atmosphere. They do offer take out. I am loving the diversity of cuisine slowly filtering in to my home town! About time!

Went there last night for a late dinner. Arrived at 745pm and we were the only ones in the place for the entire time we were there. For good reason we would learn. I'll keep this as short as I can but I have to start off by saying this is the worst sushi I've ever had, and I'm not picky. Here are a few things I noted while there. My girlfriends tea arrived at the table with an ant swimming around in it. The Maguro sushi I had was really cold almost to the point of being frozen. I thought there was a poor list of rolls. Most of them had some sort of creamy ingredient in the title. The price was not all that great. That's just a few things but I can say for sure, I'll never go there again.
